 CS-FORTH mainly contributed to the development of adaptive and adaptable User Interfaces for the target user categories (including disabled and elderly people), and was responsible for WP4.
- WP 1: In this work package FORTH studied/analysed the user requirements (WP 1.1) in order to define/construct adaptability and adaptivity rules (WP 4.3).
- WP 2: FORTH contributed to the definition of the IRCS, and in particular, to the association of information in the multimedia data-bases to the Hypermedia document structures.
- WP 4: FORTH developed adaptable and adaptive User Interfaces both at the lexical and syntactic level, which facilitate accessibility by the target user groups.
- WP 5: FORTH assisted Alcatel in the integration of the prototypes in the overall system.
- WP 6: Specific user trials were conducted to evaluate selected aspects of the developed adaptable and adaptive User interfaces.
- WP 7: FORTH exploited the outcomes of the project in scientific publications.
- WP8: FORTH contributed to the management of the project in its role as a workpackage responsible.
