Description: The subproject 5, Tests on Broad Band Telecommunication Network and Services), has carried out tests on the usage of new telecommunication services and applications on broadband networks. An experimental program has been developed to investigate barriers and opportunities brought by broadband services on disabled users. Prototype have been built to evaluate preliminary experiences of access to services with terminals adapted to people with disability.
